Samuel Ndayishimye, MBA Executive Coach, Consultant
With 20 years of experience, including 15 years supporting senior executives as a senior advisor and management consultant, Samuel specializes in empowering both individuals and organizations to maximize their leadership potential.
His extensive background includes leadership roles, including as Chief of Staff and Senior Director in the federal government, where he developed insights into the unique challenges leaders face in diverse and multicultural environments.
Having personally navigated a five-year career stagnation, Samuel understands the value of strategic career advancement and effective leadership development. He offers research-backed insights, drawing from his role as a key contributor to the work of Canada’s Future Skills Council, to help organizations and professionals identify pathways to success.
Samuel is a certified coach trained in the Emotional Quotient Inventory® (EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360 2.0®) and the Stakeholder Centered Coaching® processes. His approach effectively enhances leadership behaviors and perceptions.
Fluent in English and French, he has guided over 100 individuals to achieve measurable outcomes, such as securing promotions and improving team dynamics. He has also delivered impactful workshops across various sectors over the past decade.
He holds an MBA from HEC Montreal, a BA Honours in Communication from the University of Ottawa, and a BCom from the University of Pretoria in South Africa.
